Founded in 2011, Specified Coating Technologies was built on a commitment to innovation, problem-solving, and delivering high-performance coating solutions tailored to the most demanding industrial applications. Recognizing a critical gap in the market for custom-engineered polyurea and polyurethane coatings, we focused on developing solutions that meet precise specifications for industries such as Oil & Gas, Waterproofing, and Containment.

As our reputation for technical expertise, product performance, and customer support grew, so did our reach. We expanded into Military/DoD, Marine, Water/Wastewater, OEM, Flooring, Roofing, and beyond, continuously evolving to serve the unique challenges of each industry. However, we didn’t stop at coatings.

Identifying a growing need in the containment market, we launched Specified Containment Solutions, becoming the only supplier to offer a comprehensive, turnkey approach—from specialized coatings to fully manufactured containment products, backed by a network of certified contractors.
